One important change that has come along with the new website is that we will no longer be accepting cheques. This decision is in line with the Federal Government and Banks' commitment to phase out cheques by 2030.

To adapt to these changes and move towards more secure digital payments, starting from October 31st, 2023, KT Insurance will no longer offer the option to pay by cheque. We expect this transition to be smooth since currently, cheques make up less than 0.25% of our payments.

You can still choose from other payment methods like Credit Card, Debit Card, and Bpay, which are safer, faster, and more reliable ways to pay.

But it doesn't stop there! We've made a series of improvements throughout 2023, fueled by feedback from new and existing KT customers and CMCA members. So, in case you're new to The Wanderer or missed our earlier updates, here is a quick summary of the new improvements we've launched this year:
